Booking terms

Quotes

Quotes are based on the information you give us and are valid for 14 days. Prices include GST. Some faults can only be fully diagnosed once the vehicle is in the workshop. If we find extra work is needed, we'll contact you with an updated quote and won't go ahead without your approval.

Bookings

Approving a quote books your vehicle in for the drop-off date and time shown. If you need to change or cancel, please let us know as early as possible by phone or email.

Payment

Your invoice is issued when you approve the quote. You can pay online by card, by bank transfer, or by EFTPOS, cash or Afterpay when you collect your vehicle. Payment is due on or before collection. For larger jobs we may ask for a deposit to secure your booking; it comes off your final invoice. Business account customers pay on their agreed account terms.

Loan cars

Loan cars are subject to availability and must be returned when you collect your vehicle. You'll need a current driver's licence. Please return the car with the same fuel level, and note you're responsible for fines and tolls while it's with you.

Your consumer rights

Our services and the parts we supply come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
